Now that we are returning back to the KOA for our in-person Rotary club meetings, we need to give an accurate count ahead of time to the KOA so we have enough food for all members who choose to eat. Here's how to do this!
Because this needs to be completed in advance, we are asking all members to RSVP to President Nancy by midnight on the Sunday before each scheduled meeting. If she doesn’t hear from you, she will then reach out via individual text message to you on Mondays. This can be very time consuming, so we have easier way!
Check out how you can RSVP right from our club website. Follow these easy steps:
Go to our website.
Sign in to the Member Login Area in the upper right hand corner. Your log in was emailed to you on July 1. If you aren't sure what it is, contact Trish or Tom. You may need to re-set your password if you do not know it.
Once signed in, click on the RED Calendar button, also in the upper right hand corner.
Next you will need to lick on the appropriate date of the meeting that you want to “register” for. This will take you to a page for “online registration” for members/guests. Follow the prompts, and Nancy will receive an email that you are planning to attend! If you plan to attend but not eat, you can add a note and a meal will not be reserved for you.
If doing this on a phone, you will see the RED menu bars, which will take you to the calendar.
